Chris Ignacio

is an interdisciplinary artist, producer and educator. He has toured nationally and abroad since earning his BFA from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Theatre/Interdisciplinary Digital Media from Arizona State University.

He has performed as a puppeteer at the Metropolitan Opera, and premiered original works of puppetry at The Tank, La MaMa, and The Brick’s Exponential Festival in New York.

Ignacio’s piece is wonderfully oblique, capturing the mania and fear of seclusion without hand-holding you through obvious parallels. - Culturebot
